What was the first sign that I knew our business was in trouble?

We were losing staff left, right and centre. We were also losing our reputation after the external CEO that we brought in to help grow the business changed things so dramatically that we lost our soul along the way.

Don’t get me wrong, the CEO wasn’t a bad person or even bad at their job. Looking back, they just came at things from a different perspective and, unfortunately, our vision and core values were still open to interpretation.

We implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to rescue the business, and it was so successful that I became an EOS Implementer to help other business owners get the clarity and traction they need.

Now, when I sit down with a new client, the number one statement on our ‘Organisational Checkup’ is this:

We have a clear vision in writing that has been properly communicated and is shared by everyone in the company (rank this statement 1 to 5)

Want to see where your business stands? The Organisational Checkup is a quick and easy diagnostic and I’d be more than happy to send you one or run through it with you. Please send me a message or comment below. What was the first sign that I knew our business was in trouble?
