It could be as simple as something small that you ordered online from overseas taking months to arrive. Or, perhaps your business slowed down or even ground to a halt as your usually reliable supply chain seized up.
What’s the answer? A shift to producing things closer to home has to be the goal, but I believe it will start with a shift in mindset around cheaper not always being better.
I think twice before ordering anything on Amazon if it’s not being dispatched from Australia, and I’d happily pay more to support Aussie businesses.
