As with your own body, an indicator of the health of your business is the quality of your pulse, in this case, your meeting pulse. If the purpose of the heart is to pump fresh blood around the body bringing oxygen and forcing old blood through the filters and back for another round, then consider meetings in the same light. How consistent is your pulse? Is it a steady rhythm, fluctuating wildly or barely noticeable?
